I have finished the first track of my – Zero V – upcoming EP entitled ‘Fluidity’. The track carries the same name – the title track if you wish.

It is an ambient track, solely built on soundscapes and drones, with a hint of percussion.

This week I’ll finish the other tracks as well. And since I’m proud of this one, I have uploaded the song to this website so you can listen to it.

This is it then…I’m working on the final mix of an EP called ‘Fluidity’. It’s the prequel of ‘Grinding Matters’. The latter is still work in progress. I’m aiming at releasing it at the end of the year.

I have been working on these songs for some time now. It gets my mind of ‘Grinding Matters’, which turned out to be quite an operation.

I have moved over to instrumentals, to keep my mind fresh when it comes to working on the new album, which consists of quite some vocal work. This means – at least for me – a lot of rewriting, throwing away and starting all over again.

Fluidity consists of 4 songs:

2. Stones
3. Morphed
4. Toned

These are 4 ambient songs, dronebased leaning towards industrial.

When I first posted about the Viral Implications and their demo, I didn’t think we would end up making this great EP. There’s a truckload of very hard work put into these 4 songs.

We have spent a tremendouos amount of time in our own studios, ftp-ing wave files and soundboard settings and sound effects to eachother. An intense and very rewarding period.

Oh yeah, before I forget…the demo song (or what’s left of it) is now called “Vox FX”. I’m particulary proud of that one, there’s a whole lot of Zero V in that song!
